Your use of our site constitutes your binding acceptance of these Terms, including any modifications thereto.
Users to whom these General User Terms apply may include, without limitation: Events/Webinars speakers, delegates, sponsors, Tech Buyers and Tech Vendors, tech reviewers, industry insiders, and all professionals worldwide (each a ‘User’ or ‘You’).

Welcome to www.thinkinevents.org (or the “Website”) owned, operated, controlled and managed by Thinkin Events Private Limited (‘www.railcyberthreat.com’ or ‘we’ or ‘our’). By using and/or visiting this website/ webpage (collectively, including all content on www.railcyberthreat.com website, you signify your assent to both these terms and conditions (the ‘terms of service’) and the terms and conditions of the privacy policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use www.thinkinevents.org or access the contents therein.

LIMITED RIGHTS

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse your registration or refuse to permit access to the website if it is discovered or brought to its notice that you are a minor.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
After registration, users may have an opportunity to create an account on Thinkinevents.org enabling professionals (referred to as ‘Buyers’) to connect with Tech professionals, Tech-Startups, Tech-Vendors, Service Providers (referred to as ‘Tech Vendors’) or their products/services. The buyers can request for tech demonstration opportunities.
Users are responsible for their account and agree to provide, upon registration, and at all times maintain, accurate, current, and complete information. Thinkinevents.org reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to keep accounts for, or provide Services to, any individual.
Thinkinevents.org reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or at other times proves to be inaccurate, not current or incomplete.
Users are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and security of your account information, including your username and password. You will immediately notify Thinkinevents.org of any unauthorized use of your account. Thinkinevents.org cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to properly comply with this section.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONTENT YOU SUBMIT
Users may submit/post/upload, content such as, presentations, webinar contents, event information, reviews, comments, messages, and others, collectively referred to as ‘content’ and are solely responsible for its accuracy and ensure that it does not violate any third-party rights. Users further understand that all risk, including but not limited to any third-party right violation, any liability arising from any false, misleading, or defamatory content, shall solely attribute to the User and in no case Thinkinevents.org and its affiliates, including its directors and officers be liable for any claim or liability arising from such content posted by the User, whether posted in the website or otherwise.
Users may further understand that Thinkinevents.org reserves all rights to reject, edit, delete, move any content, which are not in consonance with our Business Guidelines without providing any reasons. Users may further note that thinkinevents.org do not verify, adopt or sanction any content and your use of any such content shall be at your own risk. We do not endorse or recommend products/services posted by any party. All contents, logos, branding, recommendations and rankings are opinions of either you or third party, which may or may not be accurate. Thinkinevents.org does not assure quality, accuracy, and reliability of any content/ranking on the services. You may be exposed to content which is offensive/objectionable. We further declare that Thinkinevents shall in no case be responsible for any loss or damage caused to Tech Vendors or Tech Buyers basis upon their arrangement or agreement with each other. In simple words, once Thinkinevents has successfully got them connected, Tech Vendors and/or Tech Buyers, the parties shall agree to comply with their respective arrangements, then in no case shall Thinkinevents be liable for any direct/indirect loss or tort arising out of any difference from their separate contractual obligations, conversation, quotes, product qualities, meetings etc.
TERMINATION
We may, in our sole discretion, and at any time, terminate or restrict your use or access to this website (or any part thereof including App) for any reason, including, without limitation, that Thinkinevents believes you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms and Conditions.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Thinkinevents will treat all information provided by the User(s) including but not limited to information regarding User’s name, address, telephone number, date of birth, events/webinars interest, gender, e-mail address, organizations, etc. (‘Personal Information’) confidential. Thinkinevents.org will use this information to connect the buyers and vendors of tech products/services and/or to connect the event/webinar delegates to sponsors of these initiatives. Thinkinevents.org shall not in the ordinary course disclose any Personal Information to any third parties except in the following circumstances:
- Where Thinkinevents is compelled to do so under applicable law/judicial process/governmental authorities; or
- Where User has provided his/her prior written authorizations to do so; or
- Where it is in the public interest to do so.
Users may not use, export or re-export any information or any copy or adaption thereof applicable on this Website in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including export laws and regulations in force from time to time.
ASSIGNMENT
These Terms of Service, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you but may be assigned by www.thinkinevents.org without any restriction.
COOKIE POLICY
There may be times when www.thinkinevents.org may need information from you. Additionally, our websites may require you to complete a registration form or seek some information from you. Our goal in collecting such information is to offer you more personalized browsing experience. When you let us have your preferences, we will be able to deliver or allow you to access the most relevant information that meets your end. We will only keep your information for as long as law either requires us to or as is relevant for the purposes for which it was collected. To extend this personalized experience, we may save information on your system in the form of cookies. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay of performance under these User Terms resulting from a force majeure event beyond the reasonable control of a party, including without limitation, natural disasters, acts of God, government regulations, war, terrorism, labor disputes and power failures.
WAIVER & SEVERABILITY
Our failure to act with respect to a breach of these General User Terms will not constitute a waiver and does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. If any of these General User Terms shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable under applicable law, then that term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or provision of these General User Terms.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These General User Terms, along with our General Vendor Terms, our Community Guidelines and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof; and supersede, replace any/or nullify any conflicting or additional terms.
FEEDBACK
Any and all of your feedback about the Services, such as suggestions for corrections, updates, alterations, changes, or modifications to the Services will be the property of Thinkinevents and you hereby assign any rights in such feedback to Thinkinevents, without any consideration to you.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EVENT
Thinkinevents Conferences/Events and sponsorships are managed by its own team including experienced producers, event experts and marketers of global events. These events along with other events that Thinkinevents organizes are collectively termed as (“Thinkinevents Conferences”). There can be different formats of events such as: Online Events. In-person Events. Webinars. Trainings. Recorded Versions. Workshops. Q&A Sessions.
PURPOSE FOR THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions together read with Registration Form constitute the entire agreement. The Participant acknowledges and understands that he/she has full knowledge of these terms and conditions and is bound with them in every aspect and thereby has not relied on and shall have no remedy in respect of any statement, terms, conditions, representation, warranty, understanding, promise or assurance other than as expressly set out under this agreement, whether wilfully or negligently made by any person. The Participant wishes to avail the services of the Organizer providing events on various topics from time to time. In order to accept the services of the Organizer, the Participant expressly agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions specified herein.
These Terms and Conditions together read with Registration Form constitute the entire agreement. The Participant acknowledges and understands that he/she has full knowledge of these terms and conditions and is bound with them in every aspect and thereby has not relied on and shall have no remedy in respect of any statement, terms, conditions, representation, warranty, understanding, promise or assurance other than as expressly set out under this agreement, whether wilfully or negligently made by any person.
DEFINITIONS
In the Terms and Conditions, the below mentioned terms shall have the following meanings:
“Sponsor/Exhibitor” means an individual/company/firm, whether part of a group or otherwise, by whom, or on behalf of whom a booking/registration/exhibition/sponsorship has been reserved which is confirmed by the Organizer and the requisite Fee paid in full (including tax if any) to the Organizer and who is entitled to attend the Conference.
“Course Material” means course manual, course notes and any other material supporting the Conference written by the Organizer or its party to be provided to the Participants on payment of Registration Fee.
“Credit Voucher” means a coupon/credit note issued by Thinkinevents in case of cancellation of Participant’s attendance in the Conference and valid for a maximum period of one year from the date of issue.
“Participant” means an individual, whether part of a group or otherwise, by whom, or on behalf of whom a booking/registration has been made which is confirmed by the Organizer and the Registration Fee paid in full (including tax if any) to the Organizer and who is entitled to attend the Conference.
“Thinkinevents Conference” means the Conference (virtual/in-person event/webinar/other format) organized by the Organizer.
“Organizer” means Thinkinevents
“Registration Fee” means all monies owing to Thinkinevents.org, the payment of which entitles an individual to attend the Conference.
“Substitution” means any circumstances where a Participant who has paid in full is unable to attend the Conference and authorizes another individual/group of individuals to attend such conference on their behalf, in agreement with the Organizer.
PRESCRIBED FEE / PAYMENT TERMS
The Registration fee inclusive of all taxes (per conference) shall be paid by Participants to Organizer prior to every Thinkinevents Event.
Registration/Sponsorship fee together accompanied with a Form shall be deposited before the Conference date. Registrations received two weeks prior to the date of the Conference must be paid upfront and in full before registrations are confirmed. The Organizer reserves the right to accept/reject the registration of any Participant.
The Registration Fee includes (only) the cost of course material, Conference participation, access to exhibits, all educational sessions and informal networking sessions. Extra fee shall be charged for miscellaneous expenses including but not limited to the cost of travel, boarding and pilot project working.
On completion of the registration form, full payment is required to be made within 3 (three) days from receipt of invoice. Payment must be received prior to the Conference date for which a receipt will be issued.
If payments are requested to be made by bank fund transfer/wire transfer/credit card, Participant hereby acknowledges that he/she specifically authorizes Thinkinevents to levy charges over and above the amount agreed as listed above; that this Contract is valid, binding and enforceable; and that he/she has no basis to claim that any payments required under this Contract at any time are improper, disputed or unauthorized in any way.
Participants recognize the fact that pre-payment of Registration fees within the time specified is in utmost interest of Organizer and thus Organizer reserves the right to cancel Participant pass at any time for non-payment of Registration fees for any other reason whatsoever.
VISA ASSISTANCE:
Thinkinevents is an India Headquartered Company and can assist by sending the requested invitation letter through its India office. The Embassy issues the visa based on several parameters including the credentials and experience of the participant. Thinkinevents therefore cannot guarantee the visa issuance from the concerned embassy, whatever the case may be. If the participant does not get the visa from the embassy and then cancels his participation, the standard cancellation terms and conditions will apply.
CANCELLATION / SUBSTITUTION / REFUND / ADJUSTMENT
The Participants not attending the conference should inform Thinkinevents 14 (fourteen) days prior to Conference date in writing via email/fax of such intention, to avail the benefit of getting their 40% Registration fee adjusted/appropriated (60% will be retained against administration charges, prearrangement charges) towards any future Thinkinevents conferences otherwise no registration fee shall be adjusted/appropriate towards any future Thinkinevents conferences. The Credit voucher will be issued which will be valid for a maximum period of one year from the date of issue.
The substitution is allowed without any extra charges if the same is notified to Organizer 14 (fourteen) days prior to the Conference provided that the total Registration Fee for the Conference has already been paid. If the substitution notice is received by the Organizer in less than 14 days prior to event, substitution shall be allowed only after payment of admission fee of 25% of the total registration fees.
No Registration Fee shall be refunded in any event and in any manner whatsoever and only Credit Vouchers will be issued as per the aforesaid Terms and Conditions which can be redeemed prior to their expiry, in any future Thinkinevents Conferences.
ACCESS TO SERVICES
Only Participants or their authorized representatives shall be entitled to attend the Event.
Organizer reserves the right to amend/withdraw contents, features, terms and conditions provided herein at any time as per the convenience without any notice.
Conference is open to business professionals only. The Participants must carry business cards and photo ID card or any other relevant identification proof for entering in the conference.
In the event any Participant fails to notify the Organizer of any substitution, the Organizer shall be entitled to treat such failure as a breach of contract and restrain such person to attend the Conference.
In the event of any inappropriate behaviour or any behaviour against the norms of any prudent person or any misconduct is displayed by any Participant in the view of the Organizer or the Conference venue operator, the Organizer has the power and is authorized to refuse the entry of such Participant or ask such Participant to leave and be excluded from the Conference without any refund or compensation.
Participants cannot share the entry pass between multiple attendees without prior approval/authorization.
LICENSE
Subject to any additional terms and conditions (as mentioned) which may apply for specific material and payment of the Registration Fee, the Organizer may at its own wish grant the Participant non-transferable, limited license exclusively for the purpose the Organizer deems fit. All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by Thinkinevents in connection with such Event is expressly reserved as the sole property of Thinkinevents and no Participant shall claim any interest/right/title therein. Any unauthorized duplication, publication or distribution is strictly prohibited.
DATA PROTECTION
The Organizer reserves the right to retain Participant’s information and can share with third parties such as sponsors for the purpose of communicating/promoting products and services which may be of interest to the Participant.
In case Participant wishes to stop receiving information with regard to Thinkinevents conferences, Participants may inform at Thinkinevents’s local office or email [email protected]. For training and security purposes telephone calls may be recorded.
Any personal and payment related information provided by the Participants as part of the Conference is not stored in any form by Thinkinevents.
INDEMNIFICATION
If the performance of this agreement or of any obligation of either of the Parties hereunder is prevented, restricted, delayed or interfered with for reasons beyond its control which shall include but not be limited to fire, explosion, strike, accident, epidemic, health issues, cyclone, earthquake, flood, war, revolution, civil commotion, riots, embargo, any law or order proclamation, regulation, ordinance or direction of any government, central, state, local or any sub division thereof or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Party affected, upon the Party so effected giving notice thereof to the other Party setting out there in particulars thereof, it shall be excused from performance of its obligations to the extent prevented, delayed or interfered with for the period the Force Majeure condition persists. However, the Party so affected shall use its best efforts to remove such cause of Force Majeure as expeditiously as possible and shall continue performance hereunder with due dispatch, whenever such Force Majeure causes are removed. If the same uncontrollable situation continues, the party (organizer) shall have the option of offering the agreed services at same pricing virtually using the online event platforms. The other party (Participant / Sponsor/Exhibitor) shall be bound to accept the same without any choice.
Participant/Sponsor/Exhibitor understands and agrees that Thinkinevents reserves the right to cancel/postpone any Conference for any reason, can change Conference dates, format (from in-person event to online event) sites or locations or omit Conference features or merge the Conference with any other Conference at any time, as it deems necessary and in no such situation or in such an event shall a Participant/Sponsor/Exhibitor be entitled to any refunds, part refunds or alternate offers however as per the case, the Participant/Sponsor/Exhibitor may be entitled to a credit note worth 50% of the amount paid by such Participant/Sponsor/Exhibitor for such an event, to be used in any other Thinkinevents conference or other service, with one year validity provided that such an event is not rescheduled or relocated (including relocating from in-person event to online event) or merged with any other Conference, but is permanently cancelled.
Without limiting the generality of aforementioned, the Participant/Sponsor/Exhibitor hereby expressly agrees that Thinkinevents shall in no event indemnify any Participant/Sponsor/Exhibitor and that the Participant/Sponsor/Exhibitor holds Thinkinevents and its officers, servants, personnel, harmless against any and all costs, damages, losses, expenses, liability, claim, action including but not limited to court costs (including any/all attorney fees and court fees), travel fees, marketing fees, participation/sponsorship fees arising out of any reasons whatsoever or relating to or as a consequence of any happening including but not limited to any cancellation, postponement, change in date, venue and/ or speaker or cancellation of Conference owing to any reasons/reasons without limitation: fire, explosion, strike, accident, epidemic, health issues, cyclone, earthquake, flood, war, revolution, civil commotion, riots, embargo, any law or order proclamation, regulation, ordinance or direction of any government, central, state, local or any sub division thereof or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Party affected.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be fully enforceable in India and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Thinkinevents is pleased to welcome you as a panelist / expert / speaker / mentor / presenter / content provider (“SPEAKER”) at our physical & online educational / webinars platform. You are an integral part of the organization’s ability to provide ongoing professional development opportunities to its clients / delegates / sponsors across the globe. Thinkinevents is a tech knowledge-sharing platform which enables Buyers & Service Providers / Tech Vendors to share, exchange and deliberate upon industry updates, technology trends & competitive solutions across the globe. In this initiative, Thinkinevents has created a niche in conducting state of the art, viable and versatile conferences, webinars, online workshops, virtual learning labs, online discussions, web-conferencing and have managed to connect a large number of industry stakeholders across the globe. Thinkinevents is charged with providing substantive information aligned with both accreditation requirements and the needs of our clients. We being the organizers of such events and webinars involve you voluntarily as a panelist / expert / speaker / mentor / presenter / content provider since you have skills, qualifications, and subject matter expertise in your area of practice in order to serve the best interests of attending participants and other stakeholders.

- Speakers are hereby informed and they expressly agree that they will be providing comprehensive, competency based educational insights of the industry in align with our organization’s presentation expectations.
- There are no arrangements for reimbursements or fees. All these kind of speakership / branding / content writing / presentation providing opportunities etc are fully on voluntarily basis only. If this is to take place on commercial basis, there will be a separate written understanding between us and Speaker.
- Panelist / expert / speaker / mentor / presenter / content provider is well aware of the fact that used contents / presentations, ideas, thoughts, written contents, spoken contents in events / webinars, published web materials, forms, articles or procedures are usually protected by copyright and in case any such references is to be presented in our webinar/seminars, then you must be having adequate prior permission from the author to have this shared during your session. In case there is any dispute with regard to the copyrighted content / material etc. used by the panelist / expert / speaker / mentor / presenter / content provider in our webinars, we are under no obligation to be involved.
- The panelist / expert / speaker / mentor / presenter / content provider shall act as “SPEAKER” in the physical conferences, webinars / online and offline events organized by Thinkinevents and by this arrangement, all the rights of the parties including but not limited to intellectual property rights shall continue to vest with them only. However, Speaker expressly understands that Thinkinevents has exclusive / non-exclusive license to market, distribute, sell or do any other commercial / non-commercial use with the content of the Speaker that is used/displayed during the webinars / online and offline events organized and conducted by Thinkinevents. The content could be in any form i.e., any recorded video/audio, presentations, written contents, reviews, feedback, journals, articles presented by the Speaker. Speaker agrees and provides no-objection to the effect of this clause and further agrees that Thinkinevents solely enjoys all rights whether monetary or otherwise arising out of these content sale / distribution.
- Panelist / expert / speaker / mentor / presenter / content provider expressly understands and acknowledges that he / she shall not be entitled for any fee / royalty on account of use of such recorded video / audio, presentations, journals, articles or any other contents. Further, there shall not be any claim in this regard in any manner whatsoever.
- Selection of panelist/expert / speaker / mentor / presenter / content provider is the sole decision of Thinkinevents. Speaker is suggested to provide confirmation to speak/present/give contents etc after careful consideration of and in adherence to these terms and conditions only.
- Thinkinevents reserves the right to cancel speaker engagements should speaker fail to comply with these guidelines, time deadlines and/or criteria for participating in our events / webinars / other initiatives. Should Thinkinevents find it necessary to cancel a speaker engagement for this reason or otherwise, there will be no obligation on behalf of Thinkinevents to consider any such request in future.
LOCATION SERVICES FOR MOBILE APPS
Your (users’) current location is only determined if you choose to use a function on our apps to determine your current location. If you allow your location to be obtained using an Thinkinevents app, Thinkinevents will use the services of Google Maps API to determine your estimated location. Use of this Information is solely to distinguish your current location and not to identify you. Thinkinevents does not automatically track your location when you use our apps. Thinkinevents uses the services of Google Maps API for location services. The Google privacy policy is available at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy and by this reference, is incorporated into this Thinkinevents Privacy Policy.
ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have the right to submit a request for your personal information that we have as well as submit a request to correct or amend any personal information that you feel is incorrect or incomplete. You also have the right to request we delete any of your personal information we have collected unless we are exempt from honouring your request under the law. We restrict access to your Information to employees who we have determined need it in order to provide products or services to you. We train our employees to safeguard customer information, and we require them to sign confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. We maintain strict physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your Information from unauthorized access by third parties.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY
When you use the Services, we (or our third party partners) may collect information about your device and usage of the Services. In some countries, including countries in the European Economic Area, this information may be considered personal information under applicable data protection laws.

We may use Tracking Technologies to automatically collect the information described below:

If you download and use any Thinkinevents software or application on your device, the log files will automatically be collected by the application and sent to our servers when your device syncs up for the latest content available.
- Mobile/Location Information: We may collect additional information from you if you access the Services through a mobile device, for example we may collect your unique device identifier, your device’s operating system, mobile carrier, or your location when you opt in for us to do so. However the degree to which your location can be identified depends on the device you are using (e.g. laptop, smart phone, tablet) and how you are connected to the internet (e.g. via cable broadband connection, Wi-Fi, etc.). If you enable location services for the Services we may collect your regional location data periodically as you use or leave open the Services. We may also collect your location information from your IP address or zip code.
- We may also use location data internally or in conjunction with our third party service providers to customize your experience and provide offers that may be relevant to you. Depending on the device you use to access the Services (e.g. Apple™ iOS, Google™ Android, Windows, etc.) you may be able to control whether location data is collected from the settings on your wireless device.
SUSPENSION DUE TO NON-COMPLIANCE WITH AGREEMENT
Thinkinevents will make all possible efforts to provide you the best services for your payment. However, Thinkinevents shall not incur any liability and shall declare any service guarantee void in event of one or more of the following circumstances:
- If you have not provided accurate details including contact information (user’s email and/or phone number), username and Payment account information.
- If the transaction for payment doesn’t go through with your bank due to (including but not limited) insufficient funds, fraudulent access, failure of processing the request by our Affiliate merchants or your bank.
- If circumstances beyond the control of Thinkinevents (such as, but not limited to, fire, flood, or interference from external forces) prevent proper execution of the transaction.
- If the user is in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement and/or the Terms and Conditions of the usage of Thinkinevents services.
